When the St. Croix Forge family set out in 1984 to make America's finest horseshoes, they knew they had a lot to learn, and then got to work learning it! St. Croix Forge has crisscrossed America — and the world — looking for Farriers, listening to Farriers, and talking to horseshoe supply dealers to find out what Farriers really want and what horses really need. St. Croix Forge believes that they now provide the ultimate products, but are still out there, wanting to learn more.

In many ways, St. Croix is making the learning process a two-way street. While traveling, they have met outstanding educators who are able to present seminars on behalf of St. Croix Forge at dealer events and Farrier gatherings. Their mission is to share their years of knowledge and experience in an informal manner; they talk on all aspects of shoeing horses, and demonstrate their skills.

St. Croix is also proud to help sponsor many large farrier education events and competitions, encouraging everyone associated with the farrier industry to become more involved, and share the enthusiasm for the profession of Farriery and the fine people who call themselves Farriers.
