Imprint First

A completely mouldable, nail-less shoe which mates perfectly with the individual shape and contours of a horse’s hoof. Based on a heart-bar design, the shoe provides maximum support whilst allowing natural hoof movement.

Imprint First - Round
A new ‘round’ front Imprint First shoe has been developed specifically to accommodate the needs and anatomy of the broader, flatter foot. It has a stronger frog cradle resulting in a more supportive shoe for this shape of foot and the seating angle makes it more comfortable for feet with thinner or prolapsed soles.

Imprint First - Hind
The hind shoe exhibits all the same qualities as the existing Imprint First shoe but being the correct shape for the hind foot, minimal molding will be required making it quicker and easier to fit.

Imprint First is the only moldable shoe developed specifically for the early treatment of laminitis. It is the recommended shoe ideal for the initial stages of a laminitic episode, where box rest is advised, as it provides immediate pain relief whilst stabilizing and inhibiting P3 descent.
